I ws supposd to be meeting Tim on the beach so that he cold demo the Strikes, so decided to get out there with the 17m mtself before he turned up. Shem turned up just as I was ready to launch which was handy, and he set up the 15m Strike.

At first I was a little underpowered and had to walk back upwind, but as I did so, the wind filled in and I had to depower the kite to walk back upwind, so wnet straight back out. Shem was now powered up with the 15m and I was flying along with the 17m. I had a few nice floaty jumps as well, and then Tim turned up on the beach so i handed the 17m Strike over to him.

I soon got the 15m from Shem though and went out with that and my smaller board. I was actually a little overpowered with the 15m, but managed to get one HUGE jump. Tim's friend whi was on the beach taking photos saw it and said it was about 25-30 foot high, which has to be the biggest jump I've ever done. Unfortunately he didn't get it on film.... I did do it, honest!!

I then decided to have a go at a backloop, which was totally unsuccessful and resulted in me getting a 'little out of shape!'. I soon stabilisd the kite though and survived my first backloop attempt unscathed.

The wind continued to pick up so it was back to the house to get the 13m and 11m so that Tim could try those.

All in all an excellent session in warm waters with the sun shining and the wind blowing.
